Happy 50th Birthday Grandpa! I wanted to get my dad the perfect 50th birthday present... but alas those are hard to come by. One morning I had Savannah in a similar outfit with the same bow on, and Bruce asked me... "whose birthday is it?" I said... "I don't know." Then he replied "then why is Savannah dressed up like a present?" So that gave me the bright idea that I would make a dvd of Savannah and send it to my dad for his birthday. Well I got the DVD made, but it didn't quite turn out like we wanted it to, so we had to come up with plan "B." Not so exciting, but atleast it's something to show him how much we love him and are glad to have him as our dad and grandpa! Here's some pictures...

This is an after picture... if you look hard you can see the paint on her forehead, arms, hands, and feet. For once I just let her play!
This is our clean-up... almost as much fun as the actual project :)
Here is the finished project... you can't tell what it says because I didn't realize the paint was going to be so overpowering... but it says Happy 50th Birthday Opi! We will send it in the mail, with the DVD but just wanted you to have something on your actual birthday.

What a cutie pie!! I hope she's not getting too big for the clothes that Rhoda has grown out of. We are having the kids stay with Mom and Dad on December 12th and thought I would send you a bunch of clothes then. Love the pictures! We miss you guys. Come visit! :)
