The Mexican border is only four hours from where we live in Mesa. Since Bruce and I had never been to Mexico before we decided to try and go down for a couple days over his spring break. We found a deal on Craig's list so we could stay for two nights for only $99. The only catch was a "90 minute" time share presentation. The place we stayed was really nice and we had a beautiful view of the beach. We had a great time snorkeling, walking on the beach, and enjoying the view.
However, it was a crazy time down there with Spring break. Between the all-night bar party right next to our condo, the time share presentation that lasted nearly all day, and being stuck at the border for 2 hours I have convinced Bruce that our only vacations will be camping from now on.
