New Year's Resolutions...

So even though you've already seen some of our family pictures I had to post some more, because I don't have my camera and posting without pictures is just too scary for me. Plus, I especially love the two of Savannah by herself.

So, my lost camera brings me to subject of this post one of my most important New Year's resolutions... I'm not going to lose things anymore :). To clarify a bit, I usually don't really have a problem with losing things... just not remembering where I put them at the moment I need them most. For the most part I misplace my keys and my phone. In the last two months I have also misplaced my camera, a credit card, my drivers' license, part of the quiet book I'm making Savannah, Savannah's birth certificate... and my keys and phone 120 xs. (All of these things have been recovered except Savannah's birth certificate... and I think that I know where it might be).

My husband reminds me quite often that if I would just pay attention to where I put them I wouldn't be in a panic so often (come on it's not like he doesn't ever lose anything... and guys have a huge advantage all of their "outfits" come with pockets big enough to hold such items). But he does have a point if I would just pay attention to where I put things I would save myself tons of time and stress. So I hereby resolve to start paying attention to where I my keys and phone... and hopefully important documents and expensive electronics will follow suite.

As far as other New Year's resolutions go I am going to do a triathlon in June. I am really excited about it. The last one I did was right as Bruce and I started dating so it's been about two and a half years! I feel like it will be a great thing to do for myself and help me have some "me time." If any of you are interested in joining me the website is www.utahsummergames.org.

I know most of you are probably thinking I should make some blogging goals... but let's not get too enthusiastic... these are only New Year's resolutions we are talking about. Just know I love all of yours and read them faithfully! I would love to be inspired by some of your resolutions if you want to share! And as they say in France Happy New Year 2009!

Kirstin! We miss you already. Good thing you are coming back to Utah to see us next month. I feel like I am totally out of the loop... we need to talk. Also, I heard some of the chinanigins about your departing flight :( I'm sorry! Can't wait to see you in a few weeks again.

Much love,
Chrissy

I checked out the website and saw that there are two different triathlons. Are you going to do the harder one?
