Last weekend we went camping for a last hoorah before Bruce started school and I started working on Saturdays... as you can tell we had a lot of fun. We got there kind of late Friday night for a myriad of reasons... but we had fun eating tin foil dinners (thanks to the Wilsons they were delicious) and chatting around the fire. The next morning we hung around for a bit and then hiked down to Bear Canyon Lake... it was absolutely fabulous. The hike was only about a 1/4 mile so we brought a couple of huge blankets and a hamock. We found the perfect spot overlooking the lake in a little clump of trees to keep us shaded. The weather was perfect and we had a great time!
