Our baby girl has finally arrived! I'm still struggling with how to actually make the words and pictures go where I want them to... but here is an update on us.She was born April 8, 2008 at 4:37 am. She weighed in at 9 lbs 14 oz; she is 22 inches long, and so precious! She is so big... no one can get over how large she is... we've become a hospital rumor. I think that there are even clothes we got that she will never wear because she outgrew them in the womb!! As you can see, even the hospital shirt is a little small.
We are mostly so grateful to finally have her here healthy and glad that I escaped a c-section. (I was almost 42 weeks when she was born and had already failed one induction last week). Thanks to all of you who kept us in your thoughts and prayers!!

big girl. We are so excited. I think I went through labor with you last night. I was so nervous last night that I didn't sleep. I kept getting up to check my phone...no messages. I was so happy when we heard first thing this morning. What are you going to name her?? Love, Aunt Kris

She is so SO adorable Kirsten, congratulations! A failed induction? That sounds awful :( But, I am so glad she is here and healthy. How are you adjusting?!
Oh my gosh!! I have been waiting for an update... I can't believe she was so late! But definitely worth the wait- She is beautiful! Hope all is well, keep the updates coming!
She is beautiful!! Is she ever going to get a name? I failed an induction with Maren, but lucky for me she was born at 6lbs8oz! Wow - you pretty much outgrew your maternity shirt (in the belly only)! Love, Maria
